Do you have a Cancellation and No-Show Policy?
Yes, we do. We understand that life can get busy, but please keep in mind that same-day cancellations or requests to reschedule tutoring sessions will result in a $75 fee. Additionally, if you fail to show up for your scheduled session, you will be charged the full rate of the session. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain our scheduling commitments.Who Is This For?

How do I get a tutor?

If your tutor doesn’t know how to help with your specific question, he or she will be happy to arrange a session with another tutor. If you ever have a session you're not completely happy with, you can request a credit for the minutes used. We will review the session, and if it doesn't meet our standards for quality or accuracy, we can credit those minutes back to your account!Can I review my previous sessions?
Yes. Just click "View your previous sessions" on your account page to review transcripts of your previous sessions or replay them in real time.Which forms of payment are accepted?
Do I have to sign a contract?
Do price discounts apply if I buy additional hours?
If you choose to pay by the hour but exceed the 5 or 10-hour price breakpoints, your bill will be adjusted downward as if you purchased a 5 or 10-hour block.What if I don’t use all my hours?
Any unused time will be fully refunded for tutoring hours purchased. Refunds are not given for missed hours of packaged courses such as the 2-Day CFP® Exam “Tune-Up” or AICPA Exam Mastery Series.How long will it take to receive my refund for adjusted hours?
Once issued, you will receive an email showing your refunded amount and an adjusted invoice for your records. Depending on your bank, refunds may take anywhere from 5-7 business days before funds are deposited back into your account.
